Yesterday it rained in New York City. Sometimes a driving rain. When I got on the Staten Island Ferry the fog was so thick you couldn't see 100 feet ahead of you. I wondered how they crew managed to navigate to lower Manhattan.I took the R train up to Lexington and 5th and walked to my destination, 225 East 67th and lunch at the Jim Henson Legacy with Bonnie Erickson and Nathaniel Wharton.
After I got back to Staten Island there was dinner and shopping with our daughter. She is poised to graduate from Wagner College in a month and there's still so much to do.
